Your date history is private.

Updated 16 September 2026. The current pilot is restricted to the founder’s authorized account. Person-cards, date history and brief revisions require verified sign-in. They are not public share pages.

What is stored

The shared catalogue contains public-source information only. Public pages and candidate catalogue records are sent to OpenAI’s GPT-6 Astra for research and auditing. Your date preferences, saved plans and reflections are not inputs to this shared research pipeline. We do not research personal profiles or turn private feedback into public venue facts.

We store the notes you choose to enter, your date inputs, saved briefs, booking status and feedback in Supabase. Vercel hosts the application. When you use the earlier notebook to generate a brief, relevant notes, questions, preferences and eligible notebook candidates are sent to Anthropic to arrange the brief. Do not add details you do not want processed by these services.

Control and deletion

Optional Calendar access reads marked events from calendars you select, plus busy intervals for availability. Offline credentials are encrypted. You can disconnect Calendar in Updates. Scheduled checks and their source metadata stay in your private notebook. Google Places checks use place IDs without sending person-card notes; Open-Meteo receives the Melbourne forecast location and date window.

If you enable email, Resend receives your account email address and generic notification text with a private link. Person notes and venue details are not included. Deleting a person also removes their active scheduled work, imported event records and suggestions. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can edit your notebook, export it privately, close a person-card or delete it. Deletion removes that card’s active dates, brief revisions and proposed observations. A deletion record contains the deleted record ID and time so a restore can honor the deletion. Infrastructure backups may retain deleted data until their retention period expires. Local exports you download are your responsibility to delete.

Tracking and invitations

This pilot does not use behavioral analytics or session recording. Authentication uses necessary cookies. Copying an invitation does not send it. External booking and transport links take you to the relevant provider, whose privacy terms apply.
